Global Terms of Service

Welcome to BlockMag. Please read these Global Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully as they govern your access to and use of the BlockMag SaaS Platform ("Service"), operated globally as a multi-tenant business environment.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a tenant workspace, registering a user account, or otherwise accessing BlockMag, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, organization, or another legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

2. Tenant Registrations & Workspaces

When you register a workspace (tenant):

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, including your legal company details, country of operation, and default currency.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, APIs, and access tokens.
  • You must not operate under fake identities, incorrect company documentation, or subdomains that infringe on intellectual property rights. Fake registration details will lead to immediate, irreversible workspace suspension.

3. Multi-Tenancy & Data Isolation

BlockMag operates a secure multi-tenant infrastructure. Each tenant's database records are strictly isolated. You agree not to attempt to bypass, query, or interfere with other tenants' data. Unauthorized access attempts to another tenant's workspace are treated as a severe security breach, resulting in prosecution and immediate termination of service.

4. Subscription Plans & Business Limits

BlockMag offer several plans including a Free (Freelancer) plan. You agree to adhere to the strict limits imposed by your plan:

  • Freelancer Plan: Maximum of 10 active customers, 10 issued invoices per calendar month, 2 active projects, and 1 user account total (0 additional staff/employees).
  • Exceeding these limits requires upgrading your subscription through the platform's billing menu. Attempting to bypass limits through automated script injection or database tampering is strictly prohibited.

5. Eco-Sustainability Commitment

BlockMag operates under a global green initiative. A dedicated portion of all paid tenant subscription fees (minimum 10%) is automatically allocated to tree re-forestation programs. As a member of our eco-system, you agree to support this initiative, which is tracked and visualized transparently within your tenant control panel.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Issue fraudulent invoices or goods reception notes.
  • Distribute spam, perform SMS/email phishing, or upload malicious files.
  • Reverse engineer, disassemble, or extract codebase components belonging to BlockMag.
  • Store data that violates international regulations (including prohibited financial transactions or illegal inventory items).

7. Limitation of Liability

BlockMag is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlockMag and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with international commercial laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be settled by arbitration in a neutral jurisdiction selected by BlockMag.
